Rich started his building career at the young age of 14. At 23 he decided to take on the challenge of starting up his own company which is now known as Kanda Homes. The “Kanda Homes” brand was created with the help of his partner Tayla who wanted to create a family feel company. In Rich’s spare time you will find him riding motocross, playing golf and spending time with his 3 young children.

Tayla understand the importance of quality marketing along side the businesses success. She is continuing to learn and up-skill in the area as the industry evolves. She has a passion for homes with a background in residential Real Estate. In Tayla’s spare time you will find her enjoying time with her family and friends.

With 22 years in the building industry Lourens brings a world of knowledge. A qualified builder by trade and project managing for the past 6 years. He prides himself in communication, organisation and has a eye for the finer details. In his spare time you will find him in the outdoors spending time with his wife and 2 young children.

Kieran is a true builder, born and raised in the world of construction. He absorbed the craft from a young age, mentored by his own father. He earned a diploma in architectural technology at 22 and now strives to create the perfect homes for clients. In his spare time he enjoys renovating his own home with his partner and stepchildren.
Eddie Marsters
Apprentice Builder
Eddie has been in the construction industry for over 5 years, and Eddie is familiar with the ins and outs of a building site. He is currently completing his apprenticeship. In Eddie’s spare time you will find him hanging out with his family, playing rugby, tennis and having a few cold beverages.
Reagan Thomson
Apprentice Builder
Reagan started his building apprenticeship at 17 after he discovered his passion for building when attending a trade skills class in school. In Reagan’s spare time he enjoys hanging out with mates and going to town.
